The Saratoga Vital Aging Network (SVAN) is located in Saratoga Springs, New York. Its members are people fifty-five years old and older, living in Saratoga County, who are entering or living in the third phase of life.  SVAN's purpose is to promote self-determination, civic engagement and personal growth for people as they age, through education and advocacy.  The Saratoga Vital Aging Network is a project of the Saratoga Institute.
